The MITP (Managing Implementation of the Total Project) methodology is used for project management / consultancy. This is adapted to conform to the client's own methodology or PRINCE as appropriate.

Geoff Cook, has over 40 years experience in the IT industry. He worked for IBM UK Ltd. for 26 years in a number of roles including Management Consultant, Systems Consultant and Project Management Specialist before forming Pro-Solv Consultancy Services in 1994.
